For clients purchasing through a Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF), any company offering single-contract solutions bears full responsibility for that contract. InnovaX Property Group does not provide SMSF advice and acts solely as a referral point. We may refer clients to providers who specialise in consolidating dual property contracts into a single agreement for SMSF compliance.
